By registering an account or using the service at TheWildLab.com, you agree to the following statements, terms, and conditions:

1. You assert that you are who you say you are, and haven't provided a false name, gender identity, or email address.

2. You assert that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. You agree that you are accountable and responsible for your words -- TheWildLab.com is not liable for any damages of any kind incurred as a result of any use of the services or any message(s) posted on the TheWildLab.com site.

4. You understand that we will not sell your email address, personal information, or your words, or reuse them without your permission except for promotional purposes within the site itself.

5. You agree not post messages that harass, threaten, personally attack or impersonate another participant, or disrupt the dialogue within the TheWildLab.com community or through the usage of the services at TheWildLab.com. Also, you agree not to use our services or post messages which violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights.

6. Although we do our best to help our users and community members learn to express disagreement and strong emotions in appropriate ways, TheWildLab.com reserves the right to remove users, access, and posts which, in our best judgement, we feel to be inappropriate. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and to cancel accounts or limit participant or guest access for any reason, for anything a participant says, writes, or uses our services to do.

7. If you have a complaint about another participant's usage of our services or posts, it is your responsibility to contact that person to try to resolve the conflict. If that doesn't help, feel free to contact TheWildLab.com for help. However, TheWildLab.com does not normally take a role in mediating conflicts between participants and users.

8. Respect is circular - if you treat others with respect you will most likely receive respect in return.

9. We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time.
